  • During Discovery & Strategic Planning: Our Executive Producer or Bidding Producer leads the initial deep dive, thoroughly reviewing your creative brief and assessing feasibility. They work collaboratively to refine concepts and craft a transparent, comprehensive bid that sets the project's foundational roadmap.

  • During Pre-Production: Line Producers and Production Managers take the lead in orchestrating all detailed scheduling, securing necessary clearances and contracts, and diligent vendor procurement. They work closely with Location Managers for strategic scouting and permitting, and coordinate with Casting Directors, stylists, and production designers to meticulously build out the perfect team and gather all essential elements. Coordinators ensure every detail is tracked and communicated.

  • During Seamless Execution & Finalization: On set, our Line Producers, Production Managers, and Coordinators manage the schedule, crew, and real-time problem-solving, acting as your dedicated client liaison. Exceptional Assistant Directors and Directors of Photography aid in safeguarding creative integrity. As the shoot wraps, the production team ensures a thorough project close, including payroll and final vendor payments.

  • For Post-Production Handoff: The entire production team, under the guidance of our Producers, focuses on meticulously organizing and delivering all assets, documentation, and reports, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition to post-production for the next stage of your project.
