  • Review Creative Briefs & Shooting Schedule: We kick off every project by deeply understanding your creative brief and proposed shooting schedule. Our Executive Producer or a dedicated Bidding Producer thoroughly reviews your vision, assessing its feasibility within the proposed timeline and budget. This ensures immediate alignment with your creative team, allowing us to grasp what's being asked and how best to achieve it.

  • In-Depth Logistics Review: Following the creative deep dive, we conduct a comprehensive logistics review. This stage goes hand-in-hand with the creative breakdown, analyzing practical elements such as optimal crew size, specific equipment needs, intricate travel arrangements, required permits, location complexities, and potential timeline pressures. We identify practical implications and pinpoint efficiencies, ensuring your vision is grounded in reality.

  • Collaborative Creative Refinement: Often, the creative vision may require refinement for optimal execution. While the Director or agency usually initiates these 'creative tweaks,' Wyser proactively offers expert solutions and suggestions to optimize the creative within practical constraints like budget and timeline. This collaborative balance ensures the final bid accurately reflects the project's scope, allowing for a refined vision that fits the project parameters.

  • Transparent Bid Submission: With a clear creative and logistical understanding, we provide a detailed bid. Our bids are presented in an industry-standard AICP-style format, ensuring complete transparency and a comprehensive overview of all costs, proposed timelines, and key personnel recommendations. Phase 2: Meticulous Pre-Production

  • Comprehensive Pre-Production Management: Once the bid is approved, we move into intensive pre-production. This critical phase involves meticulous detailed scheduling, securing all necessary clearances and contracts, diligent vendor procurement, and comprehensive risk assessment. We actively employ casting directors, location managers, stylists, and production designers to build out the precise team and gather all elements vital for the shoot. We ensure all these actions happen to where, when we go to shoot, we're fully prepared with detailed printouts and a clear brief of what is to be expected.

  • Strategic Location Management: The perfect backdrop is essential. Our approach to location management is rooted in feasibility and creative alignment. We conduct thorough Location Scouting, not just to find visually stunning sites, but to evaluate the precise costs and logistical implications within your timeline. Our Location Managers then handle all responsibilities including securing permits, managing site access, fostering local community relations, and coordinating technical scouts with all department heads.

  • Expert Casting Coordination: Our role in Casting adapts to your needs. For our premium service supporting international agencies, we provide full casting director recommendations, manage auditions, callbacks, and handle all talent negotiations and contracts. For in-country or agency-led projects in the US, we focus on providing recommendations and managing callbacks, ensuring the talent selection aligns perfectly with your creative vision.

  • Technical Readiness & Fittings: Before the shoot, we conduct crucial Tech Scouts, bringing key crew members to all locations to review day-of requirements. This is also when our camera team preps equipment, and other departments ready their specific needs. Fittings primarily involve wardrobe, but can extend to wigs, special effects makeup, and essential rehearsals if the project demands.

Phase 3: Seamless Execution & Finalization

  • On-Set Shoot Management: During the Shoot, Wyser's primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth, efficient, and creatively fulfilling experience. We meticulously maintain the schedule, manage the entire crew, provide real-time problem-solving, track budget adherence, and serve as your dedicated client liaison. We aim for an environment where you can relax on set and truly enjoy the creative process. We safeguard creative integrity by hiring exceptional Assistant Directors and Directors of Photography who aid the director and DP in their creative vision, ensuring the client/agency's input leads all main discussions.

  • Thorough Project Wrap: As production concludes, Wyser expertly manages the Wrap phase. Our core activities include handling all payroll and final vendor payments. If equipment returns are needed, we manage that, while prioritizing all other actions crucial for a seamless closure. Our ultimate goal for your wrap process is seamless project closure, complete financial transparency, and a clear handover to post-production.
